Terms and Conditions

By joining foyle.justxchange I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. I am 16 years old or over; or I am 13 years old or over and have parental permission to take part in justXchange and have given their contact details.
2. I will participate in exchanges with respect and responsibility.
3. I will not accept or offer money for exchanges.
4. I will adhere to all the guidelines on how to post, arrange and pay for exchanges with time credits.
5. I will not advertise, offer or engage in exchanges of an illegal, sexual or pornographic nature.
6. I will take part in foyle.justXchange at my own risk and not blame justXchange for my decisions.  I will take responsibility for safety and for being able to deliver the exchanges I offer.  I will also take full responsibility for anyone I let into my home/premises.
7. I will try to have fun while exchanging and helping to weave community, one exchange at at time!

foyle.justXchange reserves the right to exclude those who do not abide by these guidelines from this website/network.
